MEMORY QUILT INFORMATION
THERE WILL BE A $75 DEPOSIT when you turn in your shirts or clothing, which will be deducted from the price upon completion of your quilt. Checks are payable to Thirty 4 Stitches or I have Venmo available. Once we receive your shirts or clothing, all sales are final.
You will need to provide washed, UNCUT shirts or clothing. NO SWEATSHIRTS OR FLEECE please!
We will not include any buttons or zippers. We will sometimes include pockets. If there is a particular part of the clothing that is important, please let us know in the comments on the form. We will contact you about a quilting design and color for the back fabric once we receive your shirts or clothing. We do recommend gray for the back as it will blend with the many colors from the shirts or clothing.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
